Vail mountain haus is a nice hotel. The location is great for the vail village and gondola one. Also the dive bar in the basement is a vibe with great bar food.

This is a TINY room with very thin walls. I figured out while I was there this room is one of the bedrooms that belongs to a larger, two story condo within this building. You enter one door from the hallway into a foyer shared with two rooms on that level plus the rest of the condo upstairs. Despite what ******* says, there was no microwave, only a tiny fridge, so there’s no way to make a hot breakfast. The room was way too hot and the two thermostats in the room didn’t change anything. In the room I could hear the neighbors in the room next door and sales people walking potential buyers through the foyer. This was a VERY uncomfortable place to stay and I DO NOT recommend it to anyone unless you like throwing money away and not getting any sleep. The only positive is the location.

This location could not be any better. One of the balconies overlooks the George Bridge you were on the first floor and everything is so conveniently located. We truly enjoyed using the hot tub every night after skiing. You do not need a car because everything is walkable. We would definitely stay here again because of the location.

2 Bedroom Condo with A view My husband, mother in law and 6 month old all stayed in the 2 bedroom condo at VMH. The room was perfect for our family. With two good size rooms, bathrooms and a full size kitchen worked really well especially with a baby. The patio is a little small and can only fit two people comfortably but the view was spectacular. The room overall was great but somethings were missing, or broken or no longer working. That is not a reflection of the staff who were so nice and amazing. We reported the issues but that meant we would have to have workers in our room for an extended amount of time to fix everything and with a baby was not worth the fuss. Would definitely stay here again but for the nightly price, all things in the room should be fixed and working.
